Waterpark Safety & Rules

Safety first. fun always - everything you need to know before you jump in.

Who can participate

Minimum age is 5 years.
 

All participants must be able to swim.
 

Children aged 5 to 9 years must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult aged 18 years or over, at a ratio of one adult to two children. The supervising adult must be on the waterpark and remain within arm’s reach at all times. Children under 10 need to be kept in sight at all times.

Lifejackets

Lifejackets are provided and must be worn at all times.

​

Our team will fit and check all lifejackets before each session.

Your booking

Tickets are valid for a specific date and time. Each session runs for approximately one hour.
 

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your session. Sessions start on time and cannot be extended for late arrivals. Late entry may result in reduced session time.
 

Check-in is completed using the booking name. Printed or digital tickets are not required.
 

Tickets may be transferred to another person, provided all participation requirements are met.

During your session

Listen to staff at all times.

Take turns, be aware of others, and use the equipment as instructed.

​

This is high-energy water fun in a controlled environment. Unsafe behaviour will result in removal from the session.

Safety comes first

All sessions operate within a supervised aquatic centre environment.

​

If a participant is unable to safely take part or does not follow instructions, they may be asked to leave the session.

Weather (outdoor locations only)

Outdoor sessions may be affected by weather conditions.

​

If a session cannot go ahead safely, we will contact you with available options.

​

Indoor pool locations are not affected by weather.

We’re here to create a fun, safe experience for everyone.

Safety Rules - Our Briefing

  • All participants must be able to swim

  • Lifejackets are to be worn, stay tight, and always stay on.

  • Parents supervising 5–9year olds must be on the equipment and within arm's reach at all times

  • Children under 10 need to be kept in sight at all times. 

  • Be courteous to others. If a line is busy, go around. No pushing or bullying

  • No jumping between lines

  • No diving

  • No jumping from the waterpark to the outside of the pool

  • No swimming under any inflatables

  • Listen to lifeguards

  • In an emergency, whistles will be blown. Stop, don’t move until the lifeguard issues further instructions
