Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings with Wipeout Waterparks Pty Ltd (ACN 696 766 917), trading as WipeOut Waterparks Australia (Wipeout Australia).
By purchasing a ticket or attending a session, you agree to these Terms.
Bookings and Sessions
Tickets are valid for a specific date and time. Each session runs for approximately one hour.
Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your session. Sessions start on time and cannot be extended for late arrivals. Late entry may result in reduced session time.
Check-in is completed using the booking name. Printed or digital tickets are not required.
Tickets may be transferred to another person, provided all participation requirements are met.
Participation Requirements
Minimum age is 5 years.
All participants must be able to swim.
Children aged 5 to 8 years must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult aged 18 years or over, at a ratio of one adult to two children. The supervising adult must be on the waterpark and remain within arm’s reach at all times. Children under 10 need to be kept in sight at all times.
Lifejackets are provided and must be worn at all times.
Participants must be physically capable and follow all staff instructions.
Refusal of Entry
Entry may be refused or participants removed if they do not meet participation requirements, cannot participate safely, behave in an unsafe manner, or do not follow staff instructions.
No refund will be provided in these circumstances.
Cancellations, Changes and Refunds
If WipeOut Waterparks cancels a session, customers may choose a full refund, credit, or reschedule.

If a session is postponed or significantly changed, customers may choose to reschedule, receive credit, or request a refund.

Outdoor sessions may be affected by weather. If a session cannot proceed safely, customers will be offered reschedule, credit, or refund.

No refunds are provided for change of mind.

No refunds are provided where participation requirements are not met.
​
These Terms operate in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Rescheduling
Bookings may be rescheduled by WipeOut Waterparks, subject to availability.
Safety
All sessions operate in a controlled aquatic environment. Participants must follow all safety instructions at all times.

Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

Assumption of Risk
Participation involves inherent risk. By attending, participants accept these risks and take part at their own risk.
Photography and Media
Photos and videos may be taken and used for promotional purposes, including online and on social media.
