This is a fun, active pool experience for kids, families, teens and anyone ready to take on the inflatable waterpark course. Sessions include options for younger children and their supervising adults, along with general sessions for older children, teens and confident participants. Whether you are planning a school holiday activity, a family pool day, a birthday outing or a fun way to burn off energy, WipeOut brings big waterpark fun to your local indoor pool.

COMMUNICATING WITH US Please contact us using Live Chat, when available, the Contact Us page at https://www.wipeoutwaterparks.com.au/contact-us or email info@wipeoutwaterparks.com.au If you are requesting changes to your booking, please include the full name and email address used to make the booking. If you contact us through Live Chat, you do not need to stay online. Offline replies are sent to your email address. If you do not see our response, please check your junk or spam folder and search for @ascend.wix.com. RESCHEDULING If you wish to change your tickets from one session or venue to another, please contact us at least 48 hours before your booking starts. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but changes are not guaranteed and depend on timing, staffing, resources, and ticket availability. If you create an account at checkout, you may be able to reschedule your own booking for single-price locations where all tickets are the same price. For locations with varied pricing, such as Adult and Child tickets, please contact us to request a reschedule. REFUNDS There are no refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of your booking time. No refund will be given if you are unable to swim. A change in personal circumstances does not automatically entitle a ticket holder to a refund, return, or exchange.
